Lobster Bisque

Seafood Cobb Salad
Iceburg lettuce, hard boiled egg, tomato, avocado, bleu
Cheese crumbles, shrimp, and crabmeat with bleu
cheese dressing.

Asian Chicken Salad
Asian vegetable salad, pineapple, mango, grilled chicken with
soy glaze, toasted sesame seeds, sesame ginger vinaigrette,
and crisp rice noodles.

Caesar Salad With Crostini
Freshly chopped romaine lettuce and garlic crostini,
with zesty Caesar dressing.

Cancun Crab Salad
Snow crab, iceberg lettuce, black beans, corn,
diced tomatoes, avocado and cheddar cheese

Sammy's Famous Scallops
Plump seared scallops served with spicy papaya soy glaze over
jasmine coconut rice, and fresh sautéed vegetables.

Salmon Treasure
Salmon sealed in parchment and baked with shrimp,
vegetables, and seasonings. It's great!

Country Halibut
Pan seared Halibut with a light mushroom sauce. Served on
a bed of rice pilaf and garnished with fried leeks.

Paella
Catalan saffron rice garnished with shrimp, clams, chicken,
sausage, scallops, mussels, onions, and way too many

Breaded sautéed chicken breast topped with creamy Dijon
