Dockside Grill's House Banquet Policies & Charges
To reserve a room
There are no room fees, however minimums do apply.
Confirmation & Deposit
For your planning security, your event may be confirmed six months in advance.
We are happy to hold tentative dates for you. To confirm your date, we
ask for a $50 deposit. This will secure your event.
Cancellation
In the event you need to cancel your function, we ask that you give us written
notice. If the cancellation is not made one week in advance, the deposit will not be returned
Tax & Gratuity
All food and beverage are subject to a 15% service charge and 8% sales tax.
Menu Selection
In order to serve you efficiently and quickly, menu selections are limited to four
entrees for parties over 20 and two entrees for parties over 50. Menu selections must
be submitted no later than one week before the function.
We gladly accommodate any vegetarian or special dietary needs.
Advance notice is appreciated.
Guarantee
We ask that you guarantee the number of guests attending at least two days prior
to the event. Your bill will reflect the number of people in attendance or
90% of the guarantee.
Corkage Fee
Dockside offers an extensive an extensive wine selection: however, wines from outside the
restaurant will be served for a $6.00 per bottle corkage fee.
Cake Cutting Fee
Cakes brought into Dockside Grill will be cut and served for .50 per plate.
Payment
Balance of payment is due at the conclusion of your event. Dockside accepts
cash, cashier's check, business checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover, and Diner's Club. Personal checks are not accepted.
